How do I place an order?

Visit our 'SHOP' page to view products available for purchase. Click on products you wish to purchase and add them to your cart. For checkout, click the cart icon and proceed through the prompts that follow.

Is Cafe El Morro Kosher Certified?

Yes!

How do you store?

We usually recommend storing our coffee at room temperature in an air-tight container away from light, heat, and moisture.. Our packages have an expiration date that gives you an idea of how fresh the coffee is.

Do you ship worldwide?

We currently only offer our products within the United States, including Puerto Rico.

Do you wholesale?

For Sure! For wholesale orders and inquiries, please contact our team at coffee@panamericancoffee.com.

Refunds and Returns

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at wendy@panamericancoffee.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item/s so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can send all photo evidence and inquiries to wendy@panamericancoffee.com

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or returned items with visible signs of wear or use.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
